Ingredients
20 thick slices of white bread
1/3 cup Dijon mustard
600g mozzarella cheese, sliced
oil,for frying
plain flour,for dusting
3 eggs,beaten
green corianders to garnishs
How To:
Remove crusts from bread. Spread slices with mustard, place a slice
of cheese on top, and then finish another bread slice.
Heat oil in a frying pan. Dust sandwiches lightly all over with flour,
dip quickly into the beaten eggs.
Cook the sandwiches on both sides until golden; drain on papper towels.
cut into quarters; garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
